We are seeking a Junior Transaction Coordinator with at least 1 year of real estate transaction experience to support our growing team here in Georgia.
This role will assist with transaction setup/Intakes, Broker compliance, and administrative support while learning our systems. The position begins part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full Transaction Coordinator role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with transaction intake and file setup
• Manage compliance and document uploads
• Support listing files and document organization
• Maintain accurate transaction records
• Provide administrative support as needed
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year real estate transaction experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• U.S. Based – Eastern Time Zone only
