Sarah Virgin founded Seamless Contracts & Co in 2022 after several years in the Real Estate arena. She had a vision to revolutionize Transaction Coordinator support for Real Estate Agents, and together, we will make an impact on our communities for decades to come.  Each service package was thoughtfully crafted with you in mind.

Sarah grew up in Kentucky and was taught that a strong work ethic and treating others the way that you wish to be treated will take you far in life. From the young age of 13, she worked in the food and hospitality industry. She learned that placing the customers’ experience and needs first is key, especially in providing open communication in fast-paced environments. After 11 years in the industry, she was intrigued by Real Estate Law after college and began to work as an Administrative Assistant in Kentucky. Several years later, she moved to the great state of Georgia with her husband! She quickly obtained a real estate license and joined Keller Williams in 2019. The following year, Sarah worked for another Real Estate Attorney’s office as a Paralegal and gathered the foundational experience that she still uses every day in her business. She remains an active licensee and active member of her community. Her passion is to make the buying or selling process seamless and reduce the amount of time it takes for Agents to have to spend on the paperwork.

Outside of the office, she adores spending time with her husband and two children where she resides in Peachtree Corners.
