Part Time with a Path to Full Time
1099 Contractor Position
  • We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual to join our team to process Contract To Close files and Listings.
  • This job is ideally suited for someone located in the U.S. and in EST since our operating hours are M-F 9-5PM EST.
  • This role offers comprehensive training with a pathway to become full-time.
  • We also offer you the opportunity to work with a Team Leader who will be your guide to help you succeed and build foundational
    skill sets in the Real Estate industry.
  • Real Estate contract experience in Georgia preferred.
  • We are looking to hire a Team Member immediately.

JOB TASKS:

  • Manage Listing Coordination from start to finish with ongoing Clients
  • Manage, File, and Organize documents with precision and accuracy for all new and ongoing files
  • Ability to acutely understand or quickly learn Georgia Contracts
  • Efficiently work in Google Suite/Gmail
  • Efficiently operate AFrame
  • Communicate effectively and promptly during business hours
  • Professionally communicate in emails with accurate punctuation
  • Prepare Commission Agreements, MLS forms, Commission Distribution Forms
  • Manage Google Calendar for ongoing files
  • Manage MLS Listings and Updates (GAMLS and FMLS Dual Entries)
  • Direct report: Owner/Team Leader

SKILLS WE LOVE:

  • Familiarity with AFrame, Dotloop, DocuSign, TransactionDesk, FMLS, GAMLS, Remine, Google Suite, and SWIFT is a Plus!
  • Previous experience in Law Firms, Lending, or Office Admin
  • Minimum Education Level : High School
  • Real Estate Licensed in GA : Preferred but not required

COMPENSATION:

  • Based on Contracts and Listings Closed
  • Paid monthly in Arrears
  • Flexible Vacation Time
  • All Leads/Clients are provided
